How Much Does a Dental Clinic Website Cost? A Realistic Price Guide

Ask three web companies to quote for a dental clinic website and you’ll probably get three very different numbers. Nobody is necessarily overcharging. Dental websites simply vary more in scope than most small-business sites, mainly because of online booking, new-patient information and the careful handling of patient data. Here’s what actually drives the price.

What drives the price of a dental website

Four things matter most: how many different page layouts you need (a general clinic versus several speciality pages), whether booking has to connect to your clinic management software, how much content (photos, doctor profiles, treatment descriptions) already exists versus needs creating, and whether you have one clinic or several branches.

A five-page site for a single dentist is a much smaller project than a fifteen-page site for a multi-doctor clinic offering cosmetic, orthodontic and children’s dentistry, each needing its own page. Anyone quoting one flat price without asking about this is quoting a template, not your clinic.

Typical costs by project type

  • Brochure-style clinic website (5–15 pages): treatments, doctors, new-patient information and contact. This is the most common project for a general or family dental clinic, and it fits our standard website packages, which start from $100 (about ₹8,800) for a single page and $250 (about ₹22,000) for up to 15 pages.
  • Website with online booking: higher, because it’s a genuine integration with your scheduling system, not just a contact form. This is usually the largest single item.
  • Multi-branch or multi-speciality clinic: higher again, scaling with the number of branches and treatments that each need a page to rank and convert. Our Premium package covers up to 45 pages.
  • Ongoing maintenance: a separate monthly cost covering updates, backups and security. See our hosting and maintenance services.

Why cheap DIY builders cost clinics more in the long run

A low-cost DIY website builder looks tempting next to a professional quote, but clinics lose more from this than most businesses. Generic templates rarely handle patient forms securely, seldom integrate with clinic software, and almost never rank for competitive searches like “root canal treatment in [city]” against clinics with properly built sites. The cheap option rarely stays cheap once you count the patients it fails to bring in.

A note on patient data

Appointment and enquiry forms collect personal and sometimes health information. Make sure it’s sent securely over HTTPS, stored safely and only kept as long as needed, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (and HIPAA if you treat US patients). Ask your developer how they handle it.

Questions to ask before you sign

  1. Is online booking included, or an add-on, and does it actually connect with your scheduling software?
  2. Does the price include basic on-page SEO, such as titles, meta descriptions and dental-clinic schema?
  3. Who owns the website and domain once it’s built?
  4. What happens after launch? Is there a maintenance plan, or are you on your own when something breaks?

A fair quote answers all four without hesitation. For an exact price for your clinic, book a free consultation and we’ll give you a clear number up front.

Frequently asked questions

Is online booking worth the extra cost for a dental website?

For most clinics, yes. It captures appointment requests outside clinic hours and suits patients who prefer not to call, without adding work for the front desk once it’s set up.

Do multi-location clinics pay more for a website?

Usually, yes. Each branch needs its own page with its own address, hours and doctors to rank in local search, so the cost scales with the number of locations.

What is a realistic budget for a single dental clinic?

It depends mainly on whether online booking is included. A professional brochure-style site with basic SEO done properly is the baseline; see our website packages for current prices.
